SwissWorkTime, the holiday management software, calculates your employees’ holiday balances in real time and displays their holiday balances in their mobile application. The software takes into account the length of the working week and the nature of the employee’s contract (permanent or fixed-term contract, etc.) for precise management of rest and holiday entitlements. The calculation of the holiday balance is adjusted according to the company’s activity rate and total workforce, while respecting the legal rest and working hours for each employer. When the \u2018Hours +\/- on a constant monthly basis\u2019 option is ticked in the settings, a section is added for monthly hours.<\/p>\n

The hours calculation takes into account the working hours defined in each employee’s contract and automatically adjusts the work balance according to the hours worked or any time off.<\/p>\n
