SwissWorkTime enables you to manage your employees’ overtime in real time and display the details in their mobile application.
This module combines perfectly with paid holiday tracking, offering a complete solution for managing holiday, rest and working time. It also includes calculations for paying overtime at the applicable hourly rate, guaranteeing that the rights of each employee are respected and that hours worked in excess of the weekly or annual working limit set by the employer or by statutory regulations are taken into account. Tracking overtime is essential to ensure compliance with employment law and to avoid any limits being exceeded.

Constant monthly

 

When the ‘Hours +/- on a constant monthly basis’ option is ticked in the settings, a section is added for monthly hours.

The hours calculation takes into account the working hours defined in each employee’s contract and automatically adjusts the work balance according to the hours worked or any time off.

The balance of hours +/- is displayed at the end of the month, allowing transparent management in compliance with labour law for all employees concerned.
