Our PACKS are offered on a monthly basis, at a fixed cost, regardless of the number of employees in your company.
You can activate each PACK individually at any time, once the basic solution has been set up. To subscribe to a PACK, simply go to the “Company” menu in the “Subscriptions and invoices” section of your account, and activate it in just a few clicks.
PACK “Assessment” | CHF 50.-/month
This pack allows you to generate a complete costed project balance sheet, with details of tasks, supplies, expenses and service provider invoices. The balance sheet can be broken down by employee or by date. All this data can also be exported to an Excel file, and related photos can be uploaded. A departmental statement can also be generated, which totals the amounts for the department’s projects.
PACK “Time clocking” | CHF 25.-/month
This PACK enables you to activate time recording by stamping. Employees use their phones to check in and out. By scanning a QR Code: this can be displayed by a mobile device, such as a tablet placed at the entrance to a building, or printed out. By stamping on an NFC card (they bring their phone close to the card). NFC cards are available for purchase in our store.
PACK “Schedule” | CHF 50.00/month
This PACK enables you to activate work schedule planning. Managers can create detailed schedules based on company needs and employee availability. Employees can consult their schedules in real time from their phone or computer. Changes are instantly synchronized, and notifications can be sent to inform of changes or reminders.
PACK “Assessment & Schedule” | CHF 80.-/month
This pack combines the functionalities of the ” Balance Sheet ” and “Planning” packs for complete management of your projects and schedules. Generate detailed financial reports, export data to Excel, and plan work schedules in real time, with instant synchronization and automatic notifications.
