You have confidence in your employees to enter their hours. The “free entry” mode allows hours per day to be recorded, with the option of breaking down by project/work site or by task, and you can even enter supplies consumed.
By clocking / stamping
You would like security protection for the hours entry, or to facilitate the hours breakdown, our clocking module allows start and end times to be entered automatically through a QR code or by stamping an NFC card.

In timer mode
Your activity needs your tasks to be timed. “Timer” mode allows your work times to be recorded either to the precise minute, or rounded, as you prefer.

This pack enables you to generate a full quantified analysis of projects, with details of tasks, supplies, expense accounts and invoices from suppliers.
The analysis can be detailed by employee or by date.
All this data can also be exported to an Excel file and the related photos can be uploaded.
A department account can also be generated that shows the total amount of the department projects.
“Clocking” PACK | CHF 25.- per month
(irrespective of the number of employees)
This PACK allows work time entry by stamping.
Employees use their telephones to indicate their arrival and departure.
By scanning a QR code which can be displayed by a mobile device, for example a tablet placed at a building entrance, or printed.
By stamping an NFC card (they move their telephone close to the card).
NFC cards are available for purchase from our shop.
Our PACKS can be activated individually and at any time, after the installation of the basic solution.
To use a pack, you can subscribe directly through your account, menu “Company”, “Subscriptions and invoices”.
