SwissWorkTime offers integration with several software solutions that are essential for companies.
Our gateways to other platforms allow easy synchronization and sharing of data between SwissWorkTime and the other tools that you are already using every day.
WINBIZ
The gateway to the Winbiz management tool allows your lists of employees and work sites/projects to be easily imported from Winbiz to SwissWorkTime, thus avoiding manual entry and ensuring consistent data.
The manual or automatic exporting of activities entered in SwissWorkTime, such as hours worked, tasks completed, absences and expenses, to Winbiz or Winbiz Cloud, guarantees easy data synchronization between the two platforms.
The WinBIZ connector is available on WinBIZ App Store.
BEXIO
Projects configured in SwissWorkTime can be exported to the Bexio management software in a single click.
Actual hours worked recorded on SwissWorkTime can be exported directly to BEXIO.

Mega ERP
SwissWorkTime enables the list of employees and work sites/projects to be imported from the Mega Software platform.
In addition, our solution offers the possibility of manually exporting activities entered, such as hours worked, tasks completed, absences and expenses, to Mega Gestion.
ICCOFFICE
The manual export functionality facilitates the transfer of activities entered, including hours worked, tasks completed, absences and expenses, to the Iccoffice solution – sales management software for small/medium companies in French-speaking Switzerland.
Bureau des métiers VS
SwissWorkTime offers two key functionalities for the Bureau des Métiers:
- An Excel file can be generated showing hours worked by employee. This file is compatible with the format required by the Bureau des Métiers, and integration into the Bureau des Métiers Excel files is either by formula or by copy/paste.
- Activities including salary data are exported to the Bureau des Métiers corporate portal
GastroTime
Manually exporting activities entered to GastroTime – work time management software for hotels/restaurants – enables a file to be generated that is compatible with the format of the stamper proposed by GastroTime.
This data synchronization guarantees a smooth and efficient management of your activities.

Excel
All back office data can be exported in a single click, including lists of employees, work sites, catalogs of tasks and supplies, work and absence times entered, and also reports and results.
When the data is in Microsoft Excel, it can be recorded in CSV format (values separated by commas), so that it can easily be integrated into other platforms and systems.
This functionality offers great flexibility for data management and analysis, thus enabling you to maximize the utilization of your information.
