SwissWorkTime offers integration with several business-critical software solutions. Thanks to our gateways to other platforms, you can easily synchronize and share data between SwissWorkTime and the other tools you already use on a daily basis.
Excel
With a single click, you can export all backoffice data, including employee lists, job sites, job and supply catalogs, work and absence times, as well as reports and balance sheets.
Once in Microsoft Excel, you can save the data in CSV (comma-separated value) format, enabling easy integration with other platforms and systems. This feature offers great flexibility in the management and analysis of your data, enabling you to maximize the use of your information.
The gateway to the Winbiz management tool makes it easy to import your employee and worksite/project lists from Winbiz into SwissWorkTime, avoiding manual entry and ensuring data consistency.
Manual or automatic export of activities entered in SwissWorkTime, such as hours worked, tasks completed, absences and expenses, to Winbiz or Winbiz Cloud, ensures easy synchronization of data between the two platforms.
The Winbiz Connector is available from the Winbiz App Store.
Projects configured in SwissWorkTime can be exported to the Bexio management software in a single click. Actual hours worked recorded on SwissWorkTime can be exported directly to BEXIO.

The manual export functionality facilitates the transfer of activities entered, including hours worked, tasks completed, absences and expenses, to the Iccoffice solution – sales management software for small/medium companies in French-speaking Switzerland.
For the Bureau des Métiers, SwissWorkTime offers two key functionalities:
- Generation of an Excel file of hours worked per employee: this file is compatible with the format required by the Bureau des Métiers, and integration into the Excel files proposed by the Bureau des Métiers is done either by formula, or by copy/paste.
- Export of activities with salary data to the Bureau des Métiers company portal
GastroTime
Manually exporting activities entered to GastroTime – work time management software for hotels/restaurants – enables a file to be generated that is compatible with the format of the stamper proposed by GastroTime. This data synchronization guarantees a smooth and efficient management of your activities.
